Multi source selection in research agent

Today the you can pick one source at the start of a chat, either public papers or the Reference Manager, never both, and cannot change it later.

Source selector with any combination of: all public papers, PubMed, arXiv, the whole Reference Manager, selected folders, selected references. PubMed and arXiv are filters on Paperguide's own index.
