Support CSV, DOCX & Image Inputs in Research Agent

Add support for uploading and analyzing CSV, DOCX, and image files directly in the Research Agent, alongside PDFs. The agent should extract content from these formats, index it where appropriate, and allow users to ask questions, generate summaries, and cite information from them within the same research workflow.
